By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These apply to Government, Commercial, and Residential solar projects, including EPC and AMC engagements.

1. Scope of Services

We provide solar Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) services, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), consultancy, and allied services as per mutually agreed proposals, work orders, or contracts.

2. Government Tenders & Statutory Compliance

For government and PSU projects, all services are subject to:

  • Tender documents, bid conditions, and contractual obligations
  • Applicable laws, rules, and policies of the Government of India / State Governments
  • Compliance with MNRE guidelines, CEA regulations, and relevant statutory authorities

In case of conflict, the executed contract or tender document shall prevail over website content.

3. EPC Project Execution

EPC project execution is subject to:

  • Site feasibility and technical approvals
  • Availability of grid connectivity and DISCOM approvals
  • Timely client inputs, statutory clearances, and payment milestones

Any variation in scope, design, capacity, or execution due to site conditions, policy changes, or authority directives shall be treated as a Change Order and may impact cost and timelines.

4. AMC Services

AMC services are governed by the terms defined in the AMC agreement and may include preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and performance monitoring. Performance is subject to:

  • System condition at handover
  • Grid availability
  • Environmental and operational factors beyond our control

5. Pricing & Payments

All pricing, taxes (including GST), duties, and payment schedules shall be as specified in the executed agreement or work order. Delayed payments may attract interest as per contractual terms.

6. DISCOM & Grid Regulations

Project commissioning and net-metering are subject to approval from the respective DISCOM, SLDC, and electrical inspectorate. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party authorities or regulatory changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

  • Force majeure events
  • Policy or tariff changes
  • Grid outages or DISCOM actions
  • Delays caused by third parties or authorities

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value defined in the respective contract.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, documents, technical data, and website content remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and courts of competent jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority.
